Returns Policy
(1) These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with your Terms and Conditions of Business with Supplier.
If you receive the Goods and they are:
(a) Defective
(b) Damaged
(c) Do not correspond to the description of the Goods You ordered or
(d) Are unopened and unused
then, subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace them or refund your payment, if you return the Goods to Enterprisesdvd as your agent within 10 days of receiving the Goods and you have also sent a Notice of Return or Notice of Cancellation toEnterprisesdvd as your agent.
Important: You must comply with Notice of Return and Notice of Cancellation requirements to obtain a refund or replacement Goods from the Supplier.
(2) Defective Goods:
(a) Subject to the terms set out below, The Supplier will replace or provide a refund for Goods which on delivery to you are not of satisfactory quality (by which the Supplier means that they fail to meet the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking account of any description of the Goods, the price and all the other relevant circumstances).
(b)Please ensure your player is compatible with the region coding of the DVDs ordered. The Supplier will not replace or provide a refund for Goods because they are incompatible with your equipment.
(c) The Supplier will not replace or provide a refund for opened or used Goods because you decide You do not like them or their content.
(3) Damaged Goods:
Subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for Goods which on delivery to you are found to be physically damaged.
(4) Goods which do not correspond with the Goods You ordered.
If the Supplier has sent you the wrong Goods by mistake, then, subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for them.
(5) Unopened or Unused Goods
If you decide you do not want the Goods, then, provided they have not opened, any seals are still intact, and they have not been used by you for any purpose, then, subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for them.
(6) Communications
The Supplier agrees that Enterprisesdvd will act as their agent for the purpose of receiving complaints, communication and notice from you.
(7) Time for returning the Goods to Enterprisesdvd
In order to obtain a replacement or a refund, you must return your Goods to your agent within 10 days of the date of receiving the Goods. You must also comply with the Notice of Return and/or the Notice of Cancellation.
(8) Notice of Return
In order to obtain a replacement or a refund in accordance with this policy, you must send to your agent an e-mail within 7 days of receiving the Goods to custerserivces@Enterprisesdvd .com a message stating
1. Your name
2. Your Item Reference Number
3. Your Invoice Number
4. Title of the missing Goods
5. Date of receiving the Date of Dispatch
6. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund (see Returns policy of the Supplier)
7. How you are returning the Goods
or you can telephone your Agent Enterprisesdvd on 0870 241 4345.
Important: The notice must be received within 7 days of you receiving the Goods.
(9) Notice of Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order with the Supplier before you have received the Goods you will need to contact your agent who agrees to act as our agent only for the purpose of receiving complaints, communications and notices from you. You can send your notice of cancellation in the following way: -
i) By post (PO Box 39 Suffolk NR34 7US);
ii) By e-mail customerservices@Enterprisesdvd.com
Please inform Enterprisesdvd of :
1. Why you are cancelling the Order with the Supplier
2. Your name
3. Your Account Number
4. Your Invoice Number
5. Title of the missing Goods
6. Date of receiving the Date of Dispatch
7. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund (see Returns policy of the Supplier)
8. How you are returning the Goods
Or, you can telephone your Agent Enterprisesdvd on 0870 241 4345.
(10) Postage and Packing
You must pay the costs of returning the Goods to your agent. The goods will be at your risk until your agent receives them. You should return them to:

Important you must also comply with the Notice of Returns
(10) Replacement
If you have requested replacement Goods, then the Supplier will use their best endeavours to provide one. If the Supplier cannot obtain a replacement, then the Supplier reserves the right to provide You with a refund or an alternative product of the same value instead.
(11) If you do not receive your Goods
If you do not receive your Goods within 30 days of receiving the Dispatch Notice from Enterprisesdvd if a UK customer with a UK delivery address or 30 days if European customer with European delivery address then e-mail customerservices@Enterprisesdvd .com titled "Missing Goods" stating:
1. Your name
2. Your Account Number
3. Your Invoice Number
4. Title of the missing Goods
5. Date of receiving the Date of Dispatch
6. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund (see Returns Policy of Supplier)
or, you can telephone your Agent Enterprisesdvd on 0870 241 4345.
(12) Exclusion of Liability
(a) This Policy represents the full extent of the Suppliers liability to you in respect of defect in or damage to the Goods, and any loss, damage or expense, including any consequential loss or damage and loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods to you.
(b) The Supplier is not the manufacturer of any of the Goods. Accordingly it gives no warranty as to the fitness of the Goods for any particular purpose even though that purpose may be specified in the description of the Goods. You must satisfy yourself before purchasing that the Goods are fit for the purpose for which you intend to use them.
(c) The Supplier may assign to you any rights it may have against the manufacture in connection with the quality of the Goods, and any such rights will be taken in extinction of and in substitution for any rights which you would otherwise have had against the manufacturer.
(d) Any other liability on the part of the Supplier to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods, their quality or suitability for purpose, or arising out of or in connection with the Website, its contents and availability for access, or your use of it, or in relation to the quality or performance of the Suppliers service, whether such liability arises as a result of any express or implied term, statutory obligation, fiduciary relationship or otherwise (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any misrepresentation - whether deliberate, reckless, negligent or innocent - and any other act or omission or negligence), except in the case of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
