Delivery procedures available from Enterprisesdvd to You

(1) Enterprisesdvd aim to despatch the Goods to you within 7 days of acknowledging your order but this is dependant upon receiving the Goods from the Supplier on your behalf. However Enterprisesdvd often receive your Goods from the Supplier within 4-5 days and accordingly are able to send your Goods to you within 7 days (see Shipping by Supplier).

(2) Enterprisesdvd will send your Goods to you by ordinary parcel post once Enterprisesdvd receive your Goods from the Supplier on your behalf as your Agent.

(3) If you request Recorded Delivery from Enterprisesdvd to you then Enterprisesdvd will charge you an additional amount as follows:

1st Item - £1
Each subsequent item up to the 10th - £0.50
Up to a maximum of - £5.50.

The components of multi-packed goods or box sets will be treated as a single items for these purposes.

(4) Enterprisesdvd will accept no responsibility for the Suppliers failure to deliver your Goods to Enterprisesdvd and therefore Enterprisesdvd will accept no liability for the Suppliers failure to perform their contract with you.

If Enterprisesdvd is unable to provide you with the service then Enterprisesdvd's liability if Goods are returned will apply.

(5) Save as set out above, Enterprisesdvdexcludes any and all liability to you for delay in or failure to deliver and will not be liable to you for damages, including consequential losses, loss of profit, business interruption or any other losses howsoever incurred, for delay in or failure to deliver in any circumstances, including our negligence.

(6) Enterprisesdvd may dispatch your Goods received from the Supplier comprising a single order in several packages and at different times.

(7) Enterprisesdvd may defer the despatch of the Goods pending payment of any sums due from you to us.

(8) IMPORTANT - As your contract with Enterprisesdvd is a contract for agency services and, with your agreement and consent, Enterprisesdvd begins to act as your agent within 7 days of your order being accepted, you will not have a statutory Right to Cancel the agreement with Enterprisesdvd unless a special written agreement is entered into between you and Enterprisesdvd. What this means is that, if you exercise your right to cancel the agreement with the Supplier, you will only receive a refund of the price of the Goods from the Supplier (see Terms and Conditions With Supplier, and Returns Policy of the Supplier), and not Enterprisesdvd's commission or any taxes or costs which have been incurred on your behalf (see Enterprisesdvd's liability if Goods are returned).
However Enterprisesdvd will agree to make a full refund for cancellation PROVIDING the goods have not been shipped by the Supplier. This for the sake of clarification usually means before the customer has received a notification informing of them that the item(s) has been shipped.
